Cancellation Policy:

Clients have the flexibility to cancel their bookings free of charge within 24 hours of making the reservation. If a cancellation occurs beyond the initial 24-hour period, the client will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the booking cost.

Additionally, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients may need to reschedule their appointments. Clients are permitted to reschedule their bookings free of charge within 24 hours of making the initial reservation. However, if a rescheduling request is made beyond the initial 24-hour period, the client will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost.

We kindly request that clients provide sufficient notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to minimize inconvenience and allow us to offer the appointment to other clients. We value our clients' understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy.

Studio Rules:

At our studio, we strive to provide a welcoming environment for our clients. However, due to limited space, we kindly request that clients limit the number of accompanying individuals to those directly involved in the appointment. This helps ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

While we appreciate our furry friends, pets are not allowed inside the studio premises. We do, however, warmly welcome service animals in compliance with legal requirements. If you plan to bring a service animal, please notify us in advance so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

To maintain a clean and healthy environment, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and anywhere within the building. We kindly ask all clients to respect this policy.

As we share the premises with other businesses, we kindly request that clients refrain from loitering in and around the building. Timely arrival for your scheduled appointment and prompt departure afterward is greatly appreciated.

For security purposes, the entrance to the building remains locked at all times. Prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder email and text message containing a unique access code. Please keep this code confidential and use it to gain entry into the building.

While we accommodate walk-in clients whenever possible, we recommend contacting the salon before arriving to check availability. Booking your appointment online is the preferred method, ensuring you secure your desired time slot and avoid any inconvenience.

By booking an appointment or accessing our studio, you agree to adhere to these studio rules. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in creating a pleasant and comfortable environment for all clients and staff members.

Directions:

  1. If you are coming from the north on Highway 401, take Exit 415 for Simcoe Street North.

  2. Merge onto Simcoe Street North and continue for approximately 3 kilometers (1.9 miles).

  3. Turn right onto Taunton Road East. Continue on Taunton Road East for about 2.5 kilometers (1.6 miles).

  4. Sola Salon will be located on your right-hand side at 285 Taunton Road East.

  5. Free parking is available at the salon. Look for designated parking spaces near the building.

  6. As you approach the entrance, please note that it may be locked at all times for security purposes. Follow any instructions provided in your appointment confirmation or contact the salon directly for access.

Please ensure to double-check the address and contact the salon if you have any specific instructions or parking details.

At Curlylife, we strive to provide a comfortable and convenient experience for our clients. To enhance your visit, we are pleased to offer free WiFi, which is provided through Sola Salon, our hosting partner.

Please note that the washrooms are located inside the building but not directly within the studio itself. We kindly ask for your understanding in this regard and assure you that the washrooms are easily accessible within the premises.

As our studio space is limited, there may be instances where we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond the individuals directly involved in the appointment. In such cases, we have provided extra seating options located around the building to ensure your comfort while you wait.
